JOB SUMMARY

Primary responsibility is to load and unload shipments, split for storage, or movement of freight to the sales floor. May unpack, label, or process merchandise, organize displays, stock shelves or take inventory. Ensures that products are easily accessible, constantly available, properly distributed, and safely stored. Forklift Experience not required but desired. JOB DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Commit to company-established receiving practices
• Sort products according to category
• Aid the Management team in tracking all merchandise
• Handle store-to-store transfers and UPS transfers
• Knowledge with UPS, USPS, and FedEx
• Provide a safe environment by keeping work areas clean & organized
• Use general office equipment such as telephone, copy machine, fax machine, calculator, computer
• Operate forklift and other various equipment
• May be required to cross-train and perform other duties
• Must be able to lift up to 40lbs and team lift larger weights

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous receiving and/or management experience
• Ability to interact with the team in a fast-paced environment, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient
• Ability to work independently without supervision
• Ability to access and use the in-store computer, scanning system, and other various tasks
• Ability to assist parts department in various tasks
